The Anti-Stress Program provides the opportunity to learn effective techniques that can be used in your everyday life to help balance your body and mind. As a result of participating in this program you will experience a multitude of benefits including; greater overall health physically, mentally and emotionally, increased fitness and concentration levels and a significant positive change to your personal happiness and wellbeing.

Based on your personal needs, preferences and goals, unique tailor-made Anti-Stress sessions will be developed for maximum results. The Anti-Stress Program is individually customized to suit your physical needs and level of yoga proficiency combining a variety of stress relieving techniques like Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and Reiki.


The Yoga for Beginners program has been developed for those new to yoga or who want to get back to yoga after having a long break. Our teachers will guide you through basic sequences of poses, giving variations so that you can challenge yourself if you want to. The beginner yoga program is available in a variety of yoga styles, including Sivan, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Acro. You’ll start with an initial introductory consultation, where we talk about any limitations you might have, your expectations and then set personal goals.

Reiki is a healing technique that was first developed by a Japanese Buddhist, Mikao Usui. Mikao designed Reiki to increase relaxation and to decrease stress by using “palm healing or hands-on-healing”. This concept of using your palms is aimed at letting your life force energy flow through you.Reiki treatment is very safe, natural, and simple by treating your entire body including your mind, emotions, body, and spirit. The beneficial effects of Reiki include pure relaxation, sensations of serenity, security, and peace. Reiki has also been known to help every known illness by creating a beneficial effect that positively affects the mind. Julie’s passion for Art Therapy has started a few years ago with Art and Therapy in USA, where she used the creative process of making Art as an expressive therapy which helped to improve person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Later on Julie has explored the other aspects of Art Therapy using radically simple technique where the images are not painted but being born by scooping acrylic paint onto watercolor paper. During these sessions Julie could see that creating Art without any judgement could actually help people to use the Art not only as means of self-expression but also as ways to self-healing and self-discovery where they could explore the facets of their personalities they never knew existed.


Himalayan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.

Sound Healing is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well being and better health
